Shipping/Processing Policies

Once the status of your order has been changed to “payment received”, your order will be sent out from our facility within 10 business days.

Once the status of your order has been changed to “shipped”, your order has left our facility and has become the responsibility of the United States Post Office. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number for you to track the location of your order on the United States Post Office’s website. If your order was too large to fit into one box, your shipping confirmation email will contain two tracking numbers.
